Permits

NO PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

What DPS needs for permit testing:

1.      DE964 (Green certificate from Academy Driving School)

2.      TEA - VOE Form from attendance office at your high school or GED/Diploma

3.      Original U.S. Birth Certificate
     Passport with USA Visa
     Green Card
     (Only one of the above forms is needed)

4.      Original Social Security Card

5.      Parent/Legal Guardian

6.      $16.00 cash (permit fee)

Academy Driving School also offers a testing service where we will take the student down to DPS to get their permit processed and photo taken for a small additional fee.
